The founder
An entrepreneur with extensive experience in gastronomy and hospitality. He has launched projects in both Russia and Europe (including Acento, Fish Point, Florentini restaurants and the travel bureau Go To Star), with the deepest understanding of every step. Anton graduated from Basque Culinary Center and London Cordon Bleu Culinary School and understands the gastro industry from “inside the kitchen”. Always on the lookout for new itineraries, he has visited 43 countries.

Ekaterina’s area of interest is much broader than gastronomy. She is the author of 40 «Eyewitness» guidebooks and a prominent art amateur. Her Japanese print collection was part of the Moscow exhibition «The Art of Japan: from Hokusai to Modern Times».
