Together with curator, art critic, and historian Denis Maksimov, we’ll explore the latest currents in contemporary art at the fair’s leading galleries, visit the newly reopened Cartier Foundation on its very first day, and experience the remarkable Al Thani Collection at the historic Hôtel de la Marine.
Denis heads the artistic and discursive programs at Pushkin House in London, teaches at the Joseph Bakstein Institute of Contemporary Art in Moscow, and is a member of both the Royal Society of Arts (London) and the International Association of Curators of Contemporary Art.
From October 24 to 26, 2025, the Grand Palais will host the fourth Paris edition of Art Basel, one of the world’s most prestigious contemporary art fairs. This year’s event will feature 203 galleries from 40 countries, including 25 making their Paris debut.
