Many adventures await us, with authentic truffle hunting in the Alba region, visits to private wineries, a trip across the Piedmont hills on a hot air balloon and dinner at the region’s main restaurant, Piazza Duomo (Michelin ***), 39th in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
